These are some older designs, starting to explore body shapes more here.
I then started drawing with my tablet.
Head design 1 - I like this guy, could do with adjustment but I will wait for feedback from ol' director
Head design 2 - not sure if he looks to young, again, adjustments can be made

Body design 2 with head 1 - I definitely think this design is stronger, the slumped shoulders and crooked neck work well for this character.
The same image with a bit of colour added - this may not be the direction we want to go but it gives you an idea.
